Hygiene, Health, and Safety

You can always expect the following hygiene practises at Lounge Electrolysis:

• Alberta Health Services (AHS) approved.

• Hands washed carefully and frequently with antimicrobial clinical hand soap.

• Surfaces, equipment, products, furniture, door handles, drawer handles, light switches, etc in the treatment room are cleaned (first) and disinfected (second) between each client.

• All filaments (probes) are sterile, single-use, individually packaged, and properly disposed of in a clinical waste sharps container after use.

• Single-use disposable masks and nitrile gloves are used for each treatment.

• Forceps (tweezers) are scrubbed with antimicrobial soap and soaked in high-level, medical-grade disinfectant solution after each use.
